Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note that returns are only accepted for items without initials, numbers, logos, or any other custom adjustments.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Customized Orders: All customized uniform orders are final and non-returnable due to the personalized nature of these products. Please carefully review all design details, sizes, and specifications before placing your order.

Sizing: Selecting the correct size is crucial. We provide detailed sizing charts and guidelines to assist you. However, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized items due to incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
